ConsultantRex Terrell has worked on the church staff for fifteen years. He has worked in the areas of education, youth ministries, music, worship leader, and pastoral care. He was graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Music, Education, Business, Political Science, and Criminal Justice . His Master's degree is from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans, La. with a concentration in Pastoral Ministries. He does church Assessments in church program emphasis that reflects cultural diversification. He works with churches in assessment of church growth, establishing goals and objectives. Helping churches answer questions like "Where do we want to go?", "Who do we want to be?" and "What is our readiness for change?" is part of the strategy he uses with Church Services Associates. He assists in starting new church work in evaluation and demographical studies. Rex married Melissa Gold in 1992. They have four children, three boys and a girl. Melissa is a Clinical Social Worker who does private work with statistical evaluations and grant writing. They both are Disaster Action Team leaders with the American Red Cross.
