RecommendationsChurch Services Associates provides the church organization with written recommendations supported by research of the church, its congregational needs and the community. These recommendations may involve administration, church building and facilities, education and financing. An individualized plan for the church is then developed with its leaders for successful growth. This then encompasses all areas of the fellowship as designed by the church leadership. Recommendations may be made by CSA on all levels of church programming and are subject to modification as needed. Spiritual, physical and financial aspects of the church are all considered to create a balance of growth and prosperity. CSA does not simply provide sweeping recommendations based only on past experience, but becomes knowledgeable through meeting with the church leadership, attending church services and events and becoming familiar with current church policies. Initial recommendations are up-dated as levels of performance are achieved within the church body. Prayerful attention is given to every aspect, from the way the telephone is handled to the overall fiscal budget.
