EducationEducation is the process of identifying the best utilization of people, resources and space. CSA examines the church growth pattern, analyzes the current church within the structure of the community and identifies current needs. Existing programs are strengthened and prioritized and new programs then incorporated to provide a full circle of positive growth. CSA consultants aid in the establishment of written policies and procedures for the church which will best support administrative functions. One option is the utilization of a church computer division utilizing a software package developed over a fifteen year period by church leaders for church functions. The software package is called the Interactive Church Information System (ICIS). It is designed to operate on the IBM/PC or IBM/XT or compatible equipment. Some of the programs included in ICIS are: Membership; Contributions; Accounting; Word Processing: Asset Management; Music; Education; Church Growth. CSA helps provide personal computerized efficiency in meeting many needs of the church body. Stewardship is another special CSA program that is involved in the educational process of the church and is an extended arm to insure the stability of church finances and growth.
