What We DoChurch Services Associates was born from a need expressed by churches and in particular the needs expressed by staff members of churches. CSA was formed in March of 1983 in Orlando, Florida to serve those needs. The concept and commitment has grown and proven a fruitful liaison of Church and consulting services. The Lord has brought together a group of dedicated and committed Christians with an abundance of experience in the area of church programs. The consultants of CSA have over one hundred years of combined church staff experiences. They are graduates of seven seminaries. This dedicated team works together on projects to assist churches in reaching their full potential and purpose as a church. CSA moves forward with efficiency and expertise to perform as good stewards of the church's time, talents and finances. As a church begins to grow and reach the full usage of their building CSA assists in evaluation of the property design and structure of new facilities. The CSA team has been involved in helping to evaluate the design and building of over 50 church buildings. This involvement begins with a church's decision to grow. CSA then works with the church through planning and financing and continues to work to build long-term lay leadership and sustain growth.
